iTunes in the Cloud: Purchases may display incorrect information or play back incorrect content

Install the latest version of iTunes (11.0.5 or later).

Open iTunes and check for updates:

  • Mac: Choose iTunes > Check for Updates
  • Windows: Choose Help > Check for Updates

Note: If iTunes continues to display incorrect information or to play incorrect content from iTunes in the Cloud, please delete the content and download it again.
