Remove the SD card from the camcorder and use the built-in SD card slot on your Mac or an external USB SD card reader.

Note: Prior to July 1, 2011, the AVCHD video format specification officially supported 1080/60i and 1080/50i (not 1080/60p and 1080/50p). After July 1, 2011, the AVCHD 2.0 video format specification was released. It officially supported 1080/60p and 1080/50p. Panasonic camcorders that shipped after the AVCHD 2.0 specification was officially released should work as expected.
